Car Sales Executive in Hatfield
Newstaff Recruitment Agency is recruiting for a Car Sales Executive on behalf of a dealership based in Hatfield.
Salary: £24,000 basic + OTE (£35,000 – £50,000) + excellent benefits package
Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the sales process.
- Achieve sales objectives and profitability targets while building lasting customer relationships.
- Handle enquiries effectively, providing expert advice and recommendations to customers.
- Maintain accurate records and manage administration tasks efficiently.
- Work collaboratively within a team to meet dealership goals while striving to exceed individual targets.
Knowledge & Experience:
- Proven experience in delivering exceptional customer service.
- A track record of meeting and exceeding sales objectives profitably.
- Experience in B2B sales is desirable but not essential.
Personal Attributes:
- Customer-oriented, and passionate about delivering satisfaction and loyalty.
- Professional, confident, and well-presented.
- Resilient, tenacious, and proactive with a self-motivated, can-do attitude.
- Ambitious and determined to build a long-term career in car sales.

Key Skills:
- Excellent interpersonal skills to build strong customer relationships.
- Organised with strong administrative abilities.
- Competent in using IT systems to manage records and sales processes.
- A full UK driving licence is required.
