Newstaff Employment is hiring a driven and customer-focused Car Sales Executive in Milton Keynes to represent a reputable automotive dealership. In this role, you will guide customers through the entire car-buying journey while achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional service.

Salary: Basic + OTE up to £45,000 per annum + Excellent Benefits
Working Hours: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities
- Engage proactively with customers to understand their vehicle preferences and requirements; therefore, you recommend the right model confidently
- Present and demonstrate vehicles professionally, highlighting key features and benefits
- Guide customers through the full sales process from initial enquiry to final handover
- Explain finance options clearly and complete all required documentation accurately
- Achieve individual and team sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
- Stay informed about market trends, new models and competitor activity
- Build long-term relationships with customers to secure repeat business and referrals
Essential Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in car sales is essential
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Excellent communication and customer service ability
- Confident, enthusiastic and self-motivated attitude
- Full UK driving licence
