Newstaff Employment is working with a highly regarded, Legal 500-recognised law firm to find a confident and capable Commercial Property Solicitor to join their growing team in Kettering, Northamptonshire. 📍 Location: Kettering, Northamptonshire
💷 Salary: £45,000 – £65,000 per annum (depending on experience) + benefits
⏰ Working Hours: Monday to Friday

What you’ll be doing:
You’ll manage your caseload from day one, handling a diverse mix of commercial property matters, including:
- Leases and freehold transactions
- Development and agricultural land
- Acting for SIPPs/SASSs, corporates, and individuals
- Liaising with commercial lenders
- Drafting Option Agreements, Promotion Agreements, and Overage clauses
What we’re looking for:
- A qualified solicitor, ideally with 0–3 years PQE
- Strong grounding in commercial property law
- Someone confident managing their caseload
- Clear communicator with excellent drafting and negotiation skills
- A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
- Someone who genuinely wants to grow — both professionally and as part of a firm that values its people
- An interest in business development is a real bonus
