Newstaff Employment is hiring a proactive and detail-focused Conveyancing Paralegal in London to support a busy property law team; in this role, you will manage case files, draft key documents and guide transactions forward while ensuring accuracy and compliance at every stage.

Salary: £35,000 per annum (depending on experience) + Excellent Benefits
Working Hours: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities
- Draft and prepare conveyancing documents, including contracts and transfer deeds; therefore, transactions progress without delay
- Manage client files accurately from instruction through to completion
- Communicate confidently with clients, estate agents and mortgage lenders to keep all parties informed
- Conduct legal research and gather supporting documentation when required
- Coordinate meetings, appointments and key deadlines to maintain workflow
- Ensure compliance with conveyancing regulations and maintain strict confidentiality
- Provide administrative support to solicitors to improve case efficiency
Essential Skills & Experience
- Previous experience within conveyancing or residential property law
- Strong understanding of the property transaction process
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confident communication skills when liaising with multiple stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple live cases simultaneously
- Professional and client-focused approach
