Customer Service Administrator
Newstaff Employment Services are recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator to join a progressive company.
The Role:
- Dealing with customers on the phone and ensuring all administrative processes are accurate and up to date.
- Prepare quotations for customers and any other necessary correspondence
- Handle and record customer enquiries and follow up
- Maintain accurate and up to date records
- Work closely with the manager and helping out when required in all admin tasks.
Skills and Experience:
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to multi-task and prioritise busy workload
- Numerate
- IT literate in Microsoft Office
- Flexible and hands on.
Salary: £23,500 – £25,000 per annum + Company Pension Plan + Life Assurance + 24 days holiday + Bank holidays
Working Hours 8.00am – 5.30pm Monday to Friday
