Customer Service Administrator

Location: Kings Langley, Hertfordshire, England

£23.5k - 25k per year

Newstaff Employment Services are recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator to join a progressive company.

The Role:

  • Dealing with customers on the phone and ensuring all administrative processes are accurate and up to date.
  • Prepare quotations for customers and any other necessary correspondence
  • Handle and record customer enquiries and follow up 
  • Maintain accurate and up to date records
  • Work closely with the manager and helping out when required in all admin tasks.

Skills and Experience:

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Able to multi-task and prioritise busy workload
  • Numerate
  • IT literate in Microsoft Office
  • Flexible and hands on.

Salary: £23,500 – £25,000 per annum + Company Pension Plan + Life Assurance + 24 days holiday + Bank holidays

Working Hours  8.00am – 5.30pm Monday to Friday
