Customer Service Advisor – Luton
Newstaff Employment is hiring an experienced Customer Service Advisor in Luton to join a well-established company based in Capability Green. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a dynamic role, providing outstanding service to high-profile clients while supporting the team with essential administrative tasks.
📍 Location: Capability Green, Luton
💷 Salary: £24,000 – £27,000 per annum (depending on experience)
⏰ Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 am – 5 pm
📌 Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling inbound calls with a confident and professional telephone manner
- Delivering top-level customer service to high-profile clients
- Supporting the team with general administrative duties
- Updating and maintaining data using Microsoft Excel
- Ensuring all customer interactions are handled efficiently and positively
- Collaborating with internal departments to ensure smooth processes
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Clear, confident, and friendly telephone communication
- Positive and proactive attitude with a willingness to go the extra mile
- Previous experience in a customer service or admin role
- Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel
- High attention to detail and strong organisational ability
- Comfortable handling sensitive client interactions
