Digital Marketing Executive – Aylesbury
Newstaff Employment is hiring an experienced Digital Marketing Executive in Aylesbury to join a growing coated abrasive product company. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead dynamic marketing campaigns that increase brand visibility and drive national B2B sales across sectors like automotive wholesale, joinery, and other industrial markets.
📍 Location: Aylesbury
💷 Salary: £13.00/hour (first 3 months) | £27,000 – £29,000 per annum + bonus after probation
⏰ Working Hours: Monday to Thursday: 9:00 am – 5:00 pm | Friday: 9:00 am – 4:30 pm
📌 Job Type: Full-time, Temp to Perm
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, execute, and optimise targeted marketing campaigns
- Create and manage email marketing content and sales promotions
- Research and identify new B2B customer opportunities
- Grow and manage social media presence across all key platforms
- Design and regularly update product catalogues and leaflets
- Launch new products across digital and offline channels
- Engage with customers and provide support when needed
- Communicate with current and potential clients via phone and email
- Assist with general administrative and marketing-related tasks
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Proven B2B marketing experience, ideally in industrial or wholesale sectors
- Ability to create and execute marketing strategies that drive growth
- Strong command of social media tools and content strategies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Experience with Adobe Photoshop or similar design software
- Confident in building and maintaining customer relationships
