Estate Agent Senior Sales Negotiator / Valuer
Newstaff Employment Services are recruiting for a Senior Sales Negotiator / Valuer to join a small, friendly branch of this successful and progressive estate agency.
The successful candidate will have at least 5 years sales negotiating / valuer experience, be very self motivated and will be experienced in valuing high end properties in the Bedfordshire area and surrounds.
Main Attributes:
- Previous estate agency experience is essential.- Must have at least 5 years experience.
- Valuation experience essential – valuing high end properties.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in IT MS Word.
- Negotiation skills and a natural sales ability.
- Target Driven.
- Must be familiar with the property market in the Herts, Beds, Bucks area.
Full UK driving licence is essential and must have your own transport.
Basic salary £27,000 pa – OTE £35,000 pa
