HGV Mechanic
Newstaff are currently recruiting for an experienced HGV Mechanic / plant fitter to be based in a construction yard in Welwyn garden city.
Main duties will consist of:
- Servicing, Inspection and MOT Preps of Vans, Lorries and Trailers
- Fault diagnosis
- Tyre changing
- General repairs and maintenance
- Breakdown assistance/Call out
- Carrying out Brake Test and Road Tests.
The candidate must have relevant HGV mechanic qualifications, a full UK driving license, CSCS card, UTR number and previous experience as a HGV mechanic is essential.
