Newstaff Employment Services are looking to recruit a Hire Coordinator for their client based in Luton. The office based role is to provide technical sales advice, quotations and hire fleet administration.
This is a temp to perm role Hours are 9am-5pm.- for the right candidate a full time job could be offered and a chances to progress.
The role requires the efficient control and recording of work chargeable to their customers, tracking of quotations, account management, assisting with maximising financial results for sales.
This is a telephone based role so an excellent telephone manner is required with excellent written and spoken English required. The candidate will be speaking with suppliers, customers and other internal departments so a bright up beat positive professional manner is a must.
Must show great attention to detail, be PC literate with word and excel as providing full administrative support. The candidate will also be dealing with complaints, price negotiation and some knowledge of finance including turnover, costs, profitability. Working knowledge of the utilities sector and being target driven is a huge advantage.
