Industrial Operative

Location: Buckingham, Buckinghamshire, England

£11.50 - 11.50 per hour

Newstaff Employment Services are currently recruiting for an Assembly Operatives and Machine Operatives for a client based in Buckingham (MK18 own transport needed to get to location)
You will be working for a manufacturing timber company that have been trading since 1945, over many years the company have grown and become the UKs leading suppliers of specialised timber products

Duties will include:

• Make sure the machines are running smoothly
• Ensure products are manufactured to the desired quality
• Take control of the day to day running of the machine
• Setting the machine and completing changeovers
• Complying with Health & Safety procedures
• Ensure safe working area when you start and complete a product
• General assembly of wooden pallets

Must:

• Be physically fit
• Quality focused
• Have a good attention to detail
• Take pride in your work
• Have own safety boots and high viz
• Be able to work on your own as well as in a team
• MUST have previous machine or assembly experience

Shifts & Salary:

• Monday to Thursday 7.30am to 5pm and Friday 7.30am to 11.30am
• Over time available after 11.30am on a Saturday at time and a 3rd
• Over time paid after 40 hours a week worked
• £11.50 an hour
