Installation Engineer in St Albans
Newstaff Recruitment Agency in St Albans is recruiting for an Installation Engineer on behalf of our client.
Location: St Albans (Field-based role covering London and the Home Counties)
Salary: £36,000 – £42,000 per annum (depending on experience) + excellent benefits + company vehicle + expenses
Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Install, commission, and maintain electronic fire and/or security systems.
- Provide technical expertise to ensure systems are installed and maintained to the highest standards.
- Travel to client sites across London and the Home Counties as required.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while on-site.
Essential Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role.
- High level of expertise and technical knowledge of security systems.
- Full, clean UK driving licence.
- Must live within a 25-mile radius of St Albans or London (not south of the river).
- Comfortable with working in London.
- Stable and consistent career history.
