Internal Sales Administrator
Newstaff Employment Services are recruiting for an Internal Sales Administrator to join a fast-moving family business which is a leading manufacturer of piping products to water, building service and marine industries around the world.
You would be working in a friendly office with up to seven colleagues. You would provide support to the Sales Team, the company’s worldwide customers and distributors – and you would be liaising with factory personnel.
Duties will include:
• Handling sales and technical enquiries
• Making quotations, processing orders, maintaining sales records
• Supporting the Sales Team, UK, and overseas distributors
• Following up on leads generated by advertising and creating leads with marketing tools
• Always providing a high level of customer service
• Using an in-house CRM system (full training given)
Requirements:
• Have commercial and technical knowledge
• Ideally from a manufacturing and sales background but not essential
• Good level of computer skills, Word, Excel, Outlook
• Experience with Sage preferred but not essential
• Excellent sales and time management skills
• Good telephone manner
• Must be able to work within a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment

Salary and Hours:
• £12.00 per hr.
• Monday to Friday 8am to 4.30pm (15 mins break paid am/pm) and half an hour lunch unpaid
