Newstaff Education is currently recruiting passionate and adaptable MFL Cover Teachers to support a range of secondary schools across Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire, and Hertfordshire. Whether you’re seeking full-time, part-time, or ad-hoc days—we have a variety of opportunities to suit your availability.

We’re looking for teachers who can:

• Deliver engaging French, Spanish, or German lessons across Key Stages 3–5.

• Confidently manage classroom behaviour and follow school policies.

• Adapt quickly to new school environments and build rapport with students.

• Provide continuity in learning during staff absences.

What you’ll need:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent overseas teaching qualification.

• Strong subject knowledge in at least one MFL subject (French, Spanish, German).

• A valid Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).

• Flexibility, reliability, and a professional approach to cover teaching.
