Newstaff Employment is hiring a driven and customer-focused Lettings Negotiator in Ealing to join a successful West London estate agency; in this role, you will generate new business, manage property viewings and negotiate tenancy agreements while delivering exceptional service to landlords and tenants.
Location: Ealing, West London
Salary: Basic + OTE £35,000 – £45,000 per annum + Benefits
Working Hours: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business through networking, referrals and proactive marketing; therefore, you grow the lettings portfolio
- Conduct property viewings confidently and provide detailed information to prospective tenants
- Negotiate tenancy agreements directly with landlords and tenants to secure successful deals
- Manage the full letting process from enquiry through to move-in
- Process tenancy applications, referencing and renewals accurately
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the local property market and rental trends
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with landlords and tenants
- Ensure compliance with all relevant lettings legislation and company policies
- Deliver exceptional customer service at every stage of the rental journey
Essential Skills & Experience
- Previous experience as a Lettings Negotiator or within residential property
- Strong sales ability with a proven track record of meeting targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Good understanding of UK lettings legislation
- Proactive and motivated approach within a fast-paced environment
- Full UK driving licence preferred
