Lettings Negotiator in Peterborough
Location: Peterborough, Cambridgeshire
The Role: As a Lettings Negotiator, you will be the linchpin in ensuring that our client’s portfolio of rental properties is seamlessly managed and tenanted. Your role will be pivotal in driving the success of the lettings department, requiring both dedication and a flair for negotiation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently handle incoming calls to the office.
- Arrange and conduct daily property viewings.
- Address inquiries from tenants and landlords with professionalism.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support.
- Secure new business through conducting market appraisals.
- Review property performance to optimise lettings portfolio.
- Coordinate between tenants and landlords to facilitate a smooth moving process.
- Negotiate offers to meet the expectations of all parties involved.
Candidate Profile:
- A minimum of one year’s experience in Lettings or a similar Estate Agency role.
- Exceptional organisational skills with the capability to independently manage schedules.
- A keen eye for detail, ensuring high accuracy in all tasks.
- The ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment, balancing multiple tasks.
- Superior customer service skills.
- Proficient in communication and negotiation.
- Team-oriented with a flexible and diligent work ethic.
- Driven and ambitious, ready to engage in a bustling office setting.
- Must possess a UK Driving Licence and have access to personal transport.
What We Offer:
- A clear path for career progression.
- A work schedule of Monday – Friday, 9.00 – 17.30, plus one in every two Saturdays (with a compensatory day off).

- A competitive salary of £20,000 – £22,000 per annum with the potential to earn uncapped commission, OTE £28,000 – £30,000 per annum, plus monthly incentives and bonuses.
