Line Operative
Newstaff Employment Services are working in Partnership with a global organisation that manufacture plastic caps and closures for a packaging industry based in Flitwick
The business employees over 200 people in a multiple shift operation supplying major blue-chip customers from modern well-equipped factories using high speed automated production techniques
We are recruiting for a Line Operative
Duties:
- Making cardboard boxes for the packing of finished goods
- Carry out quality inspections on products
- Stacking pallets with made boxes
- Moving bulk bins to and from the machines and line
- Completing production sheet paperwork
- Maintain good housekeeping practices on production lines and within the factory
Must:
- Be physically fit
- Able to read/write English and be numerically sound
- Turn up to work
- Want to work
- Able to work 12-hour shift
- Relevant experience of working in a factory
- High attention to detail to ensure quality of part manufactured meet standards

Shifts:
- Working 5 on 2 off
- WK1 working Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday
- WK2 working Wednesday and Thursday
- 8am to 8pm 12-hour shifts
- £13.73 per hour
