Marketing Executive
Newstaff Employment Services are recruiting for a part time Marketing Executive to join a progressive company based in St Albans.
The role will be for 3 and a half to 4 days per week. Hours are flexible.
Ideal Attributes:
- Strong computer literacy
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in setting up and running successful email and social media campaigns
- Experience maintaining a website
- Attention to detail
- Confident, pro-active and fun
Primary areas of responsibility:
Web
- Multi-channel content creation with the support of execs in the UK, EU and USA offices
- Work with dedicated web designers and developers create, maintain and launch a new website.
- Use SEO techniques to improve ranking of the website on search engines
- Monitor web performance using Google Analytics & report on key stats
- Monitor online DTC sales channels; optimise for sales growth
- Maximise customer engagement & brand awareness through various channels and digital marketing techniques
Social Media & Online Profile
- Plan, create, schedule, and manage content across all social media channels
- Drive engagement with regular, relevant and interesting content
- Keep brand consistent across the group and all social media channels
- Ensure brand guidelines are maintained internally and externally (partners, printers, publishers)
Email marketing, Advertising, Trade Events & Sponsorships
- Create and send targeted email alerts/promotions/ events invitations/newsletters to segmented audiences
- Monitor results of marketing initiatives, and develop new initiatives based on previous results
- Liaise with trade publications and show/event teams to meet time-sensitive deadlines
- Coordinate key events that the team can sponsor and attend
- Produce marketing collateral/content which can be used within all the above marketing channels
Salary: £25,000 pa to £28,000 pa (pro-rata)
Holiday 28 days pro rata (including Bank Holidays)
Hours Flexible / Part time 2-3 days per week
