About the Role:
Newstaff Employment is looking for experienced MIG/TIG Welders to join a busy workshop in Leighton Buzzard. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to work on a variety of fabrication projects in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
📍 Location: Leighton Buzzard
💷 Pay Rate: £18.00-£20.00 per hour +accrued holiday pay
⏰ Working Hours: Monday – Friday (Overtime available)
📜 Job Type: Temporary to Permanent
Key Responsibilities:
- Fabricate metal work from technical drawings
- Perform MIG and TIG welding to a high standard
- Work on various fabrication and welding projects as required
- Ensure all work meets quality and safety standards
- Operate welding and fabrication equipment effectively
Requirements:

Proven MIG and TIG welding experience

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings

Experience working in a busy workshop environment

Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently

Competitive pay rates (dependent on experience)

Overtime available for additional earnings
