Multimedia Creative (Videographer and Photographer) – Milton Keynes

Newstaff Employment is recruiting a creative and versatile Multimedia Creative to join our client’s design team in Milton Keynes. This role is ideal for someone with experience across both photography and videography who enjoys managing the complete creative process, from planning and setting up shoots through to filming, editing, and delivering finished content.

You will create engaging visual content across the business, including professional product photography, 360° imagery, product demonstrations, promotional videos, and social media content. Therefore, this is an excellent opportunity to develop your creative career within a varied, hands-on role.

Location: Milton Keynes
Salary: £30,000 – £31,000 per annum, depending on experience
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm
Job Type: Full-time / Permanent / Office-based
Reports to: Design Team Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

  • Produce high-quality product photography for websites and online marketplaces.
  • Operate and manage an Orbitvu 360° photography system.
  • Capture detailed product images, features, and close-ups.
  • Plan video content, including shot lists, scripts, and key product features.
  • Set up studio shoots, including lighting, backgrounds, and camera positioning.
  • Film product demonstrations, promotional content, and social media videos.
  • Create engaging short-form content for YouTube Shorts, Instagram, and other digital platforms.
  • Produce clear and informative product demonstration videos.
  • Edit video content using Adobe Premiere Pro.
  • Create motion graphics and enhance video content using Adobe After Effects.
  • Retouch and optimise photography using Adobe Photoshop.
  • Prepare and stage products for photography and filming.
  • Maintain visual consistency across content and ensure it meets brand standards.
  • Organise and manage photography, video, and other media files effectively.
  • Work closely with the marketing and design teams on campaigns and new product launches.
  • Manage multiple creative projects while meeting agreed deadlines.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • You have previous experience in product photography and videography.
  • You can provide a portfolio demonstrating relevant photography and video work.
  • You have experience using DSLR or mirrorless cameras.
  • You understand studio lighting techniques for both photography and video.
  • You can confidently plan and manage video shoots independently.
  • You have strong experience using Adobe Premiere Pro.
  • You have good knowledge of Adobe After Effects, particularly motion graphics.
  • You have strong Adobe Photoshop skills, including image retouching.
  • You have excellent attention to detail and a strong eye for visual quality.
  • You can manage several creative projects simultaneously.
  • You take a structured and organised approach to projects and deadlines.
  • You can work effectively both independently and alongside marketing and design teams.

Experience in graphic design, social media content creation, or product demonstration content would also be advantageous. An interest in tools or DIY products would be beneficial.
