Here at Newstaff Employment Agency Dunstable, we are recruiting for an experienced Administrator, to join our client based in Dunstable, Bedfordshire.
12-month maternity cover.
Working effectively as part of a team to provide a comprehensive administrative service.
• Contribute to the design, planning and delivery of the administrative system to support the needs of the students
• Support teams within Student Services when required – learning resource centre, welfare, student help desk, enquires and, admissions and enrolments
• Provide excellent customer service and professionally represent the College while assisting at Open Days and Enrolment Days
Duties to include:
• Managing learner contact through letters, email, telephone and text messages on the direction of tutors and learning area managers
• Using Microsoft Word/Excel mail merge to produce large quantities of letters and labels
• Completing learner references requested by employers and recruitment companies
• Answering the telephone and processing messages
• Supporting learning areas by responding to general enquiries
• Raising purchase orders for curriculum resources and services, requesting supplier information and liaising with the finance department to arrange payment of invoices.
Monday to Thursday 8.30 am to 5 pm. Friday 8.30 am to 4.30 pm. One hour for lunch.
Salary: £20,260 pa + Pension Scheme, Free Car Parking on Site, Gym Membership Discount, Cafeteria on site
