Night D2 Reach Truck Driver – Hemel Hempstead

Newstaff Employment is recruiting an experienced D2 Reach Truck Driver to join a busy warehouse team in Hemel Hempstead. This role offers consistent Sunday to Thursday night shifts and provides an excellent opportunity for an experienced forklift driver looking for regular work within a supportive warehouse environment.

Location: Hemel Hempstead
Salary: £18.00 per hour + accrued holiday pay
Working Hours: Sunday to Thursday, night shifts
Job Type: Full-time / Ongoing

Key Responsibilities

• Operate a D2 Reach Truck safely and efficiently throughout the night shift.
• Load, unload, and move goods around the warehouse.
• Move and stack stock accurately within designated locations.
• Monitor stock movements and maintain accurate records.
• Carry out equipment checks before starting each shift.
• Report any faults, damage, or safety concerns promptly.
• Work closely with the warehouse team to maintain smooth operations.
• Follow all health and safety procedures and site rules.

Essential Skills & Experience

• You hold a valid and refreshed D2 Reach Truck licence.
• You have previous experience operating a Reach Truck within a warehouse environment.
• Previous experience working night shifts is preferred.
• You have strong attention to detail and take a safety-focused approach to your work.
• You can work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• You are reliable and have excellent attendance and timekeeping.
• You communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors.
