Office Accounts Admin
Newstaff Employment Services are looking for an Office/Accounts Administrator, you will be working for a Hose Supplier, in the office and the warehouse
Duties will include:
• Matching delivery notes to purchase invoices
• Inputting purchase invoices
• Processing sales orders
• Despatches and organising TNT/DHL bookings
• Filing
• Answering the phone
• Chasing outstanding orders from suppliers
• Speaking with customers if goods are going to be late
Requirements:
• Must have good customer services over the phone
• Come from an Office or Accounts background
• Able to use word, excel
• Must be comfortable to go into the warehouse as you will be taking orders down
• Will be working in dispatched department from time to time

Salary and Hours:
• Monday to Thursday 8.30am to 5pm, Friday 7.30am to 3pm £11.00
