Newstaff Employment Services is recruiting for a part time Digital Services Support Executive to join a successful business based in Luton.
The Role: Your role will be to provide support, ensure client satisfaction, and promote the full range of the company’s digital services.
You’ll play a key part in growing revenue through retention and strategic upselling of SEO packages, website development, and social media marketing.
Key Skills:
- Experience in customer support, account management, or sales (digital/agency background is a plus)
- Working knowledge of digital services like SEO, and web design.
- Strong communication skills and confidence in speaking with business clients
- Ability to build relationships, earn trust, and guide clients toward appropriate services
- Proficiency in using CRM systems, email, and productivity tools
- Organised, proactive, and results-driven
Main Responsibilities:
- Serve as the day-to-day contact for digital service clients
- Answer service-related questions, resolve basic issues, and coordinate with technical teams when needed
- Conduct regular check-ins to ensure customer satisfaction and identify additional needs
- Educate clients about their current services, performance metrics, and potential areas for improvement
- Maintain clear records of all interactions in CRM systems
Other Tasks:
- Understand and communicate the value of Fast Ranking’s full suite of services (SEO, web design, social media, etc.)
- Identify upsell opportunities based on client business goals and performance reports
- Present tailored service upgrades or cross-sells in a professional, consultative manner
- Meet monthly upselling and retention targets
- Provide feedback to marketing and service teams based on client conversations
The role is part time with flexible working hours
Pay rate: £11.44 per hour
