Partner and Teams Administrator

Location: Central London, Greater London, England

£26k - 35k per year + Benefits

Newstaff Employment Services is recruiting for a Partner and Team Administrator on behalf of our client based in Central London.

Essential Requirements:

  • Previous administrative experience gained in a professional services industry is required.
  • Must also have experience of supporting multiple managers with admin tasks.
  • High attention to detail and commercially minded.
  • Highly organised and take initiative.
  • Confident and enthusiastic manner.
  • Have the ability to participate, engage and inspire people of all levels in the organisation.

Qualificiations:

  • Must be educated to GCSE/CSE standard to include Maths and English.

The Role:

  • Providing dedicated admin support to senior managers and multiple colleagues, to include calendar manegement, client on-boarding, travel and meeting coordination and document preparation.

Monday to Friday full time hours

Salary:Up to £35,000 pa + Benefits (negotiable depending on experience)
