Partner and Teams Administrator
Newstaff Employment Services is recruiting for a Partner and Team Administrator on behalf of our client based in Central London.
Essential Requirements:
- Previous administrative experience gained in a professional services industry is required.
- Must also have experience of supporting multiple managers with admin tasks.
- High attention to detail and commercially minded.
- Highly organised and take initiative.
- Confident and enthusiastic manner.
- Have the ability to participate, engage and inspire people of all levels in the organisation.
Qualificiations:
- Must be educated to GCSE/CSE standard to include Maths and English.
The Role:
- Providing dedicated admin support to senior managers and multiple colleagues, to include calendar manegement, client on-boarding, travel and meeting coordination and document preparation.
Monday to Friday full time hours
Salary:Up to £35,000 pa + Benefits (negotiable depending on experience)
