Sales Negotiator
Newstaff Employment Services is recruiting for a junior to mid-level Sales Negotiator, to join a small, friendly real estate agency. This role will also include valuations, however, experience in this area is not essential.
The ideal candidate will have at least one year’s sales negotiating experience behind them and be looking to progress their career further in estate agency.
A full UK driving licence is essential for this role.
Responsibilities:
- Registering new applicants and conducting both sales and lettings viewings
- Negotiating and qualifiying offers
- Liaising with all interested parties (solicitors, mortgage brokers, etc)
- Dealing with phone and email enquiries
- Keep all admin records up to date
- Reach personal and office sales targets
Hours: 9 am to 6 pm – 5 days per week – Monday to Saturday (day off in lieu)
Basic Salary: £24,000 pa + OTE £35,000+ pa + Benefits
