Sales Negotiator in Royston
Newstaff Employment is hiring an experienced Sales Negotiator in Royston to join a highly successful and expanding estate agency. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident, motivated property professional to grow their career within a thriving and supportive team.
📍 Location: Royston
💷 Salary: Basic from £25,000 per annum + OTE up to £60,000
⏰ Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:30 am – 6:00 pm
(Weekend cover: Saturday 9:00 am – 4:00 pm / Sunday 10:00 am – 2:00 pm with time off in lieu during the week)
📌 Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Generating and converting sales leads
- Conducting property viewings with potential buyers
- Progressing sales from offer to completion
- Building and maintaining relationships with both vendors and purchasers
- Handling property enquiries and carrying out general admin duties
Essential Skills & Experience
- 2–3 years’ experience as a Sales Negotiator within an estate agency
- Strong track record of securing instructions and closing deals
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Confident, personable and naturally driven to meet targets
- Must hold a full UK driving licence and have access to your own vehicle
