Sales Negotiator in Royston
Newstaff Employment is hiring an experienced Sales Negotiator in Royston to join a well-established and successful estate agency. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for property and client interaction to grow within a dynamic sales team.
📍 Location: Royston
💷 Salary: £25,000 basic + OTE £35,000 per annum + mileage expenses
⏰ Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9 am – 6 pm, every other Saturday 9 am – 4 pm (with a day off in lieu)
📌 Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all residential sales activities from the Royston office
- Conduct accompanied viewings of client properties
- Negotiate and agree on property sales with both buyers and vendors
- Build strong relationships with clients, offering excellent customer service
- Maintain accurate records and update internal systems
- Provide support across all general sales and office duties as required
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Some previous estate agency experience is essential
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
- Professional and presentable appearance
- Strong IT skills and familiarity with CRM/property software
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own car
- A confident team player who enjoys working towards targets
