SEN Learning Support Assistants in Milton Keynes

Pay: £14.00-£16.00 per hour + accrued holiday pay

Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-on-one support to students with special educational needs.
  • Assist students with their learning activities, tailoring teaching materials and resources to meet individual needs.
  • Employ creativity and adaptability in addressing the diverse learning abilities and styles of students.
  • Monitor and track student progress, offering regular feedback to teachers and parents/carers.
  • Cultivate a positive and inclusive learning environment where all students feel valued and supported.

Qualifications:

  • Highly desirable previous experience working or caring for students with special educational needs.
  • Knowledge of different learning styles and strategies for supporting students with special educational needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building positive relationships with students and colleagues.
  • Possess patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for helping students overcome challenges and achieve their full potential.
  • Advantageous to hold relevant qualifications in education, special educational needs, or a related field.
