📍 Location: Milton Keynes (with work available across Bedfordshire & Buckinghamshire)
💷 Salary: £15.50 – £16.50 per hour + accrued holiday pay
⏰ Working Hours: Flexible – full weeks, part-time or occasional days
📌 Job Type: Temporary, Supply

Key Responsibilities

• Delivering engaging and inclusive lessons to children with special educational needs
• Adapting teaching methods to suit diverse emotional, sensory and learning needs
• Providing a calm and supportive classroom environment
• Working collaboratively with support staff and SENCOs
• Promoting positive behaviour and social-emotional development

Essential Skills & Experience

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification
• Experience working with children with SEN (within schools, provisions or specialist units)
• Strong classroom management and flexibility to adapt in different settings
• Reliable, compassionate and creative approach to teaching
• Able to build genuine rapport with pupils and school staff
