SEN Teacher – Milton Keynes
Newstaff Employment is hiring an experienced and compassionate SEN Teacher in Milton Keynes to join a welcoming infant school with an ASAP start. This is a rewarding opportunity to teach a small, well-supported SEND class, initially until Easter, with the potential to extend.
Location: Milton Keynes
Salary: £250 per day
Working Hours: Monday to Friday (full-time or mornings only considered)
Job Type: Temporary / Short-term (with potential extension)

Key Responsibilities
- Teach a small class of 8 pupils with SEND
- Deliver lessons across EYFS to Year 2 ability levels
- Plan, assess, and report in line with individual learning needs
- Create a nurturing, inclusive, and structured learning environment
- Work closely with Teaching Assistants to support pupil progress
- Monitor and adapt teaching strategies to meet diverse needs
Essential Skills & Experience
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Proven experience teaching pupils with SEND
- Experience across EYFS and KS1 (preferred)
- Strong behaviour management and differentiation skills
- Patient, caring, and adaptable teaching approach
