Newstaff Employment Services is recruiting for a Senior HR Manager on behalf of our client based in St Albans.
The role will involve managing the day-to-day operations of the HR team and to lead the way on excellent HR service delivery.
Qualifications Required:
- Degree qualified or equivalent experience with CIPD level 7 qualification is essential.
Skills and Experience to include:
- Previous experience managing an HR Team and HR Operations in a medium sized business.
- Must have very strong employee relations experience, with demonstrable evidence of being capable and confident to resolve more complex and challenging cases.
- A strong business partner approach is required.
- Exceptional organisational and communication skills, together with proven management and leadership capabilities.
Monday to Friday role full time office hours.
Salary: Up to £70,000 pa negotiable depending on experience + benefits package
