Newstaff Employment is hiring flexible and committed Supply Teachers in Milton Keynes to support both primary and secondary schools; in this role, you will deliver high-quality lessons, maintain classroom continuity and adapt quickly to different learning environments.

Salary: £250 per day
Working Hours: Flexible (Supply Basis)

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum; therefore, learning continues without disruption
• Manage classroom behaviour confidently to maintain a focused environment
• Adapt teaching strategies quickly so pupils with different learning needs stay engaged
• Collaborate with teaching staff to ensure smooth handovers and lesson continuity
• Provide clear feedback on pupil progress and behaviour to permanent staff
• Use a variety of teaching resources and technologies to enhance understanding
• Follow safeguarding procedures strictly to maintain a safe and supportive school setting

Essential Skills & Experience

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Experience teaching in primary or secondary schools
• Strong classroom management skills
• Ability to adapt quickly to new school environments
• Confident communication and professional attitude
• Up-to-date safeguarding knowledge
