Team Lead – Senior Setter – Plastic Manufacturing

Location: Luton, Bedfordshire, England

£16 per hour

Senior Setter

Plastic Manufacturing

Luton

This role will be working shifts rotating weekly

6am – 2pm one week, 2pm – 10pm and then 10pm – 6am

You will be responsible for running the factory efficiently

-Setting up and running the machines as per costed cycle

-Monitor and control tool maintenance and repairs

-Identify and pursue cost saving initiatives

-Follow ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 management systems

You will also be responsible for looking after a small team

-Ensure good team discipline including checking the work of others

-Manage junior staff members

-Follow training manual for other team members

If you have previous plastics experience

Team leading or management
