Trainee Sales Negotiator in Royston
Newstaff Employment is hiring a Trainee Sales Negotiator in Royston to join a successful and growing estate agency. This is an exciting first step for a confident and self-motivated individual looking to build a rewarding career in property sales. Full training will be provided, and you’ll be part of a dynamic and supportive team environment.
📍 Location: Royston
💷 Salary: Basic from £24,000 per annum + OTE up to £30,000
⏰ Working Hours: Monday to Friday (some weekend cover required, with time off in lieu during the week)
📌 Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Contacting potential sellers and homeowners by phone to discuss property needs
- Identifying and following up on new business opportunities
- Booking property valuations and managing appointments
- Supporting the team with general admin and lead management
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients and colleagues
Essential Skills & Experience
- Confident and professional communicator with strong telephone skills
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to succeed
- Good understanding of the UK property market (or a willingness to learn)
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Positive, team-focused mindset
