Vehicle Mechanic in Enfield
Newstaff Employment is hiring an experienced Vehicle Mechanic in Enfield to join a fast-growing used car supermarket with a state-of-the-art, fully equipped workshop. 📍 Location: Enfield
💷 Salary: £30,000 – £50,000 per annum + performance bonus
⏰ Working Hours:
Option 1: Monday to Friday, 6:30 am – 2:30 pm + alternate Saturdays
Option 2 (Night Shift): Monday to Friday, 3:00 pm – 12:00 am + alternate Saturdays
📌 Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnosing, servicing, and repairing a variety of vehicles to manufacturer standards
- Working independently to ensure high-quality and efficient repairs
- Supporting the workshop team to deliver a reliable, “first time fix” service
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and health & safety-compliant workspace
Essential Skills & Experience
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a vehicle mechanic
- Strong diagnostic and mechanical repair abilities
- Own tools required
- A full UK driving licence is essential
Desirable Qualifications
- MOT Tester certification
- NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair
