Newstaff Employment is currently recruiting for a hands-on Warehouse (Cardboard Baler) to join a busy warehouse team in Hemel Hempstead. A key part of this role involves recycling and baling cardboard, so a proactive, team-focused attitude is essential.
📍 Location: Hemel Hempstead
💷 Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour
📅 Job Type: Full-time, ongoing
Key Responsibilities
- Operate a cardboard baling machine as part of recycling operations
- Assist with general warehouse duties
- Packing goods for dispatch
- Moving and organising stock
- Supporting warehouse operations as needed
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organisation (general housekeeping)
- Work closely with a team and show willingness to support other departments
Requirements
- Previous experience or basic understanding of warehouse operations
- A positive, can-do attitude and a flexible approach to tasks
- Willingness to work in a hands-on, physical role
- Reliable and punctual with good teamwork skills
- Health & safety awareness is a plus
