Newstaff Employment is hiring an experienced Warehouse Operative in Hemel Hempstead to join a well-established and busy warehouse team. This is a great opportunity to step into a hands-on role within a fast-paced logistics environment, where your physical strength and warehouse know-how will be highly valued.
📍 Location: Hemel Hempstead
💷 Salary: £12.50 per hour + accrued holiday pay
⏰ Working Hours: 8 am – 4 pm, Monday to Friday
📌 Job Type: Full-time, Temporary to Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting daily warehouse operations and general duties
- Picking, packing and loading goods accurately and efficiently
- Ensuring products are stored and handled safely
- Maintaining cleanliness and organisation in the warehouse
- Following health and safety procedures at all times
Essential Skills & Experience
- Prior experience in a warehouse or logistics environment
- Good understanding of warehouse layouts and operations
- Strong work ethic with a can-do attitude
- Reliable, punctual and able to work well in a busy team
