Monday – Friday
8am – 5pm
This role will be to manage a team of up to 25 bnch joiners
Recording status of works
Controlling work flow by delegating works to appropriate joiners for assembly/production
Ensuring items are collated/quality checked after spray finishing
To maintain factory health and safety and keep trict controls in the work place
To carry out yearly joiners appraisals
Checking and presenting joiners timesheets to wages department
Passing joiners holiday requests to reception
