Parcel Sorter – Luton
Newstaff Employment is hiring a Parcel Sorter in Luton to join a small, reliable team working for a well-established logistics company. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, teamwork, and a steady working pattern. This role could lead to a permanent position for the right candidate.
📍 Location: Luton
💷 Salary: £11.44 per hour
⏰ Working Hours: 6 am – 4 pm, one day on/one day off over a 7-day rota
📌 Job Type: Temporary to Permanent

Key Responsibilities:
- Sort parcels efficiently and accurately within a small team
- Handle both light and heavy parcels with care
- Work diligently and maintain focus during shifts
- Follow health and safety guidelines at all times
- Support your teammates to meet daily targets
- Essential Skills & Experience:
- Previous warehouse or parcel sorting experience is a plus, but not essential
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy items
- Strong attention to detail and a responsible attitude
- Reliable with excellent timekeeping
- Team player with a positive work ethic
