CNC Machine Operator in Watford
Pay: Up to £31,500 per annum
Key Responsibilities:
- Program and operate CNC machinery using Fanuc and Heidenhain control systems.
- Conduct self-inspections to ensure high-quality standards.
- Take responsibility for manufacturing processes to meet deadlines.
- Perform machining and inspection of parts to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Carry out secondary operations such as drilling, tapping, and polishing.
- Perform quality checks to ensure products meet specifications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the machining process.
- Confidently use hand tools as required.
- Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
- Work independently and as part of a team.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a CNC Operator is beneficial and ideal.
- Ability to program and operate CNC machines using Fanuc and Heidenhain control systems.
- Good level of English and a good understanding of English.
- Full training can be provided for the right candidate.
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday – 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM
