Newstaff Employment is hiring an experienced 3.5T Van Driver in Luton to deliver white goods to residential and commercial properties while providing excellent customer service.
Location: Luton
Salary: £13.00 – £13.50 per hour
Working Hours: 05:30am start
Job Type: Ad-hoc or Ongoing Work

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver white goods to residential and commercial locations
- Start each shift at 05:30am and complete planned routes efficiently
- Train alongside a driver’s mate before progressing to solo routes
- Provide excellent customer service at every delivery point
- Follow company procedures and complete delivery paperwork accurately
- Assist with manual handling and safe loading/unloading
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and report any issues promptly
Essential Skills & Experience
- Valid UK Category B driving licence
- No more than 6 penalty points (insurance requirement)
- Previous van driving or delivery experience is beneficial
- Physically fit and able to move heavy items safely
- Reliable, professional, and customer-focused attitude
- Good communication and time management skills
