Newstaff Employment is hiring an experienced 7.5T Driver in Luton to join a busy and growing transport team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering goods safely and efficiently while providing excellent customer service and maintaining high standards of road safety. Therefore, this is a fantastic opportunity for a reliable driver seeking ongoing work at competitive rates.
Location: Luton
Salary: £14.00 – £15.00 per hour (depending on experience)
Working Hours: Various shifts available

Key Responsibilities
- Drive and operate 7.5-ton vehicles safely and efficiently
- Deliver goods to customers across local and regional routes
- Carry out pre-use and post-use vehicle safety checks
- Ensure deliveries are completed accurately and on time
- Maintain delivery records, mileage logs, and vehicle documentation
- Assist with loading and unloading goods when required
- Provide excellent customer service at delivery locations
- Follow all road transport regulations and company procedures
Essential Skills & Experience
- Valid 7.5T (Category C1) driving licence
- Valid CPC qualification and Digital Tachograph card
- Previous experience as a 7.5T Driver or in a similar driving role
- Good knowledge of Luton and surrounding areas
- Strong commitment to road safety and compliance
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and manage workloads effectively
- Flexible approach to working hours and shift patterns
- Reliable and professional attitude
