Accounts Assistant
Newstaff Employment Services is recruiting for an Accounts Assistant for a progressive Luton based company.
The successful candidate will have previous accounts and admin experience ideally gained in a professional services environment.
The Role:
- Processing daily financial transactions and administering online payments
- Dealing with any incoming accounts queries
- Reconciling entries, dealing with staff expense claims and petty cash
- Handling the post, scanning and general document administration
- All other finance related tasks as required
Requirements
- Previous accounts experience is essential
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Good numerical skills
- Team player
- Strong IT literacy in MS Office and ideally a financial package
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
Benefits
Salary £25,000 pa – £26,500 pa + excellent benefits
