Newstaff Employment is hiring an experienced AM Production Operative in Flitwick to join a busy manufacturing site. This is a great opportunity for someone with production experience seeking steady hours, weekly pay, and a long-term role in a fast-paced factory environment.

Location: Flitwick
Salary: £14.90 per hour
Working Hours: 12-hour rotating day shifts, 8:00 am to 8:00 pm
Job Type: Full-time, ongoing production role

Key Responsibilities

• Erect cardboard cartons and attach labels accurately
• Carry out quality inspections on finished products
• Stack pallets with completed boxes safely and neatly
• Move cartons and bulk bins to and from the machines
• Complete production sheet paperwork correctly
• Maintain high housekeeping standards on the production line and across the factory
• Support the smooth and efficient running of the production line
• Ensure blenders and silos stay filled with the required materials

Essential Skills & Experience

• Previous experience in a production or manufacturing role
• Able to work well in a fast-paced factory environment
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual duties
• Able to stand for a full 12-hour shift
• Good English reading and writing skills
• Numerically confident and able to complete production paperwork
• Reliable, hardworking, and able to follow instructions carefully

Shift Pattern

This is a 5-on, 2-off rotating shift pattern, working 8:00 am to 8:00 pm.
