Newstaff Employment is hiring experienced Car Sales Executives in St Albans to join a busy and successful dealership. This is a fantastic opportunity for ambitious individuals with a background in automotive sales to build a rewarding career within a high-performing team.
📍 Location: St Albans
💷 Salary: £24,000 basic + OTE up to £65,000 per annum + benefits
⏰ Working Hours: Full-time
📌 Job Type: Permanent
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and guide them through the sales process
- Achieve individual and team sales targets while maintaining excellent customer service
- Build long-term relationships with customers through excellent communication and support
- Maintain accurate records and complete relevant documentation
- Ensure high standards of vehicle presentation and showroom environment
- Provide detailed product knowledge and offer tailored recommendations
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience in car sales within a dealership environment
- Strong background in delivering outstanding customer service
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Confident, professional, and well-presented approach
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Competent with IT systems and general administration
- Full UK driving licence required
