Newstaff are currently recruiting for a Chef de partie for our client located nearby in Hertford. 

  • £16.00 per hour
  • Weekly pay

ASAP Start

Main duties:

  • • participates in and supervises the preparation and cooking of food accordance with established recipe cards and methods
    • has desire to be cover other sections of the Kitchen as decided by the Head Chef
    • ensures all dishes are correctly garnished before being sent to relevant outlets
    • ensures that all dishes are prepared in a timely manner
    • ensures work area is kept clean, hygienic and organised
    • ensure that all equipment/ utensils in the section are correctly handled and maintained
    • to deal with guest comments and complaints in a constructive and empathetic manner

Ideal candidate should be fully aware and comply with:
