Class 2 Driver – Leighton Buzzard

Key Responsibilities

• Operate Class 2 vehicles safely and efficiently
• Transport goods between customers and distribution locations
• Complete deliveries within agreed schedules
• Carry out daily vehicle inspections and safety checks
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and roadworthiness
• Complete delivery paperwork and driver records accurately
• Communicate effectively with warehouse and logistics teams
• Follow all road transport, health and safety, and company procedures
• Assist with loading and unloading goods when required

Essential Skills & Experience

• Valid Class 2 (Category C) licence
• Previous Class 2 driving experience
• Valid CPC qualification and Digital Tachograph card
• Strong understanding of road safety regulations
• Excellent driving record and commitment to safe working practices
• Good communication and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexible approach to working hours and delivery schedules
• Reliable and professional attitude
