Newstaff Employment is hiring Hospitality, Cleaning, and Event Staff to support a variety of events across Milton Keynes and the surrounding areas. In this role, you will help deliver excellent customer service while supporting event operations, catering, cleaning, and venue preparation. Therefore, this is a fantastic opportunity for reliable and enthusiastic individuals looking for flexible part-time work that can fit around other commitments.

Location: Milton Keynes
Salary: £12.71 per hour
Working Hours: Flexible AM and PM shifts available
Shift Lengths: 8-hour and 12-hour shifts
Job Type: Part-Time / Temporary / Event-Based Work

Key Responsibilities

• Serve food and beverages to customers
• Provide bar service when required
• Assist with buffet service and light catering duties
• Process card payments accurately
• Deliver excellent customer service throughout events
• Clean event venues and public areas
• Carry out litter picking and maintain site cleanliness
• Assist with setting up and clearing down event spaces
• Support event teams with general duties as required
• Work indoors and outdoors, depending on event requirements

Essential Skills & Experience

• Previous hospitality, cleaning, catering, bar, or customer service experience is preferred but not essential
• Friendly and confident when interacting with customers
• Strong communication skills
• Reliable, punctual, and hard-working attitude
• Ability to work well as part of a team
• Positive attitude and professional appearance
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in different weather conditions
• Flexible approach to working event dates and shift patterns
