Newstaff Employment is hiring an experienced Counterbalance Driver in Hemel Hempstead to join a busy warehouse team and support the safe, accurate, and efficient movement of stock across the site.
Location: Hemel Hempstead
Salary: £12.71 per hour
Working Hours: TBC
Job Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities
- Operate a counterbalance forklift safely and accurately within the warehouse
- Move, load, and stack stock efficiently across the site
- Carry out daily safety checks and report any maintenance issues
- Pick and prepare orders for dispatch with a strong focus on accuracy
- Follow company health, safety, and operational procedures at all times
- Assist with stock control and help maintain a clean and organised warehouse
Essential Skills & Experience
- Valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence
- Previous experience as a Counterbalance Driver in a warehouse or distribution environment
- Strong understanding of forklift safety standards and warehouse procedures
- Good organisational skills and strong attention to detail
- Ability to work well within a team and communicate clearly
- Flexible approach and willingness to support with additional duties when required
